Question? Why do authors make the h strong(ish) at the beginning of the book & then as soon as the H looks/touches or presses a part of his anatomy to her 'resolve' starts to weaken?This is what this book was exactly like, this author, had me with this h right up until after the fire & the h & her son stayed at the H's hse & then his 'alpha's side came out & he dangled her going back to study etc etc & she gives in just like that & then ends up hooking up with him 🙄🤬. Really hate that. Hate weak h's....I wanted the h to not give into 'temptation' so easily, but she did & it was bloody annoying. I can't stand it when authors do this to the h, it get's really tiring & females like myself who love to read about strong h's seem to be wasting money in buying like this. I skim read through the book, for me it was a time waster & it's time that I won't be getting back, so thanks for Elizabeth Perry 🙄😷
